Every image tells a story. Or, a picture is worth a thousand words. While I believe this to be true to a certain extent, I also believe that each of these statements are incomplete. It is true that with each image I create I’m telling a story, but the story I’m telling is based within my own unique lived experience. Rather than trying to force a story upon the viewer, my only hope is that I can generate an emotional response that encourages the viewer to create their own unique thousand word story. The goal of Emerging Light Photography is to create unique, one of a kind fine art prints for a select and discerning clientele. As such, each print sold will be the only version of that image in existence. While each print is a one of one offering, there will also only be a collection of thirteen prints sold in every lunar year, one for each of the full moons of the lunar cycle. Within the collections below you will find that particular years offerings, and while there will only be thirteen sales made, the current year will have fourteen available images so that there will always be a measure of choice available to every potential customer.
